There are no Linux equivalents to these applications,  not free ones anyway. 
There are eclipse plugins that provide some similiar functionality.

(Honestly, these applications produce unmaintainable slop.  I suspect this will
be true until things like Orbeon grow-up and become mainstream;  the next
generation of web RAD tools will use programming languages [much like BPML is
currently] that are XML themselves and therefore can actually be managed
programmatically.  Programs writing programs is a cool thing to see.)
