This is just a friendly encouragement to any subversion server users out
there.  If you have any repositories on a pre suse 9.3 machine and are
planning on upgrading.  Do a svnadmin dump on each of your repositories
before you upgrade.  If you do not, you will be required to find a
machine with the old berkely db version and subversion version on it and
do the dump on that machine.

The issue is that subversion now uses an updated berkely-db.  If you
just have the files from your repository on a tape or disk, you won't be
able to use them with the new version.  With the output of the dump, you
will be able to use svnadmin load.
