Nothing, inherently.  The issue is that true DRM requires that the *HARDWARE*
only executed *SIGNED* blocks of code.  So long as you have the ability to sign
your own software (kernel) - no problem.  Lacking signing privilages......

I actually don't think DRM is a bad idea;  but the details of the implementation
are at a level that could create real havoc.
