But what you want probably won't work. No version of Outlook is capable
of modifying an object in an LDAP directory, Outlook is SEARCH & VIEW
only. If you want to update a data source with Outlook you MUST use a
MAPI provider (Such as Zidelook, the only non-M$ MAPI provider I'm aware
of - but it does OpenGroupware, not LDAP).
You can sync Outlook with a variety of external sources via SyncML using
Sync4j. LDAP support is very new, but it does exist. Sync4j is a real
industrial-strength solution and once setup works shockingly well.
