Much as I love those boards, IBM sold ServeRAID to Adapoop a few years back.
For low end servers, firewall mirrors, etc... I am using a 3ware SATA RAID card
with good success. High end SCSI I am looking at LSI boards these days which is
the old AMI RAID technology. Have not had one in hand yet, so don't take that
as a recommendation.
