From the documentation:
"The REQURIED term means that any authenticated user will match the ACL named
foo" Here are aren't interested in matching "any" user but specific ones.
If the parameter to the ACL is in double quotes it is considered to be
a file. As far as I know any type of ACL can use a file as the clause.
