Hello
I'm wondering if there is a way to configure an IP alias to report its' IP
address rather than the host interface address as the connecting ip. As an
example, assume eth0 is set to 192.168.1.10 and I create eth0:0 as
192.168.1.100. I then ssh to 192.168.0.100 and from there connect to a remote
host. When I look at the connection logs on the remote host, it shows
192.168.1.10 as having connected. Is it possible to get 192.168.1.100 to be
reported?
Thanks
Regards,
Komal
