[KLUG Members] Meeting 2006-04-25 - KLUG: The Road Ahead

Recent changes among the KLUG volunteers mean that it is time to discuss
how we will conduct further changes in running the group. Our Chairman
will conduct a round-table discussion on how we will proceed. 

Our goal is a group where everyone is encouraged to take part in all
aspects of KLUG operations, since there are many opportunities for
learning how things can be done well through increased participation. We
want to put insularity and elitism in the past to the gratest possible
extent, and open KLUG up to broader participation.

Coming to three meetings qualifies you as a full member of KLUG, meaning 
that you can participate in the process of making formal decisions, including 
voting for officers.
