Hello All,
	I have been told that I shouldn't update the kernel because my
particular flavor of Linux. Something about VM Ware not being able to
run on the update kernel for some reason. I searched online and through
the VM Ware forums not really finding anything. SUSE 10.0 is the host
and XP is the guest. I did find this
<http://kb.vmware.com/vmtnkb/search.do?cmd=displayKC&docType=kc&externalId=1235&sliceId=SAL_Public&dialogID=453538&stateId=0%200%20451994&doctag=Author,%20KB%20Article>
but the VM version is earlier than mine and my hard drive is virtual. In
addition I believe I allready have the 2.6 kernel version as seen below
from terminal.
> linux:~ # rpm -qa kernel* gcc* make
> gcc-4.0.2_20050901-3
> kernel-source-2.6.13-15
> gcc-c++-4.0.2_20050901-3
> gcc-info-4.0.2_20050901-3
> make-3.80-188
> kernel-default-nongpl-2.6.13-15
> kernel-update-tool-0.9-10
> kernel-default-2.6.13-15
	The reason I would like to upgrade through YOU is supposedly there is a
security update packaged with the kernel update?

Thank You,
Peter
