[KLUG Members] Server upgrade, move pending

We will be making some moves over the next couple of weeks, and since
it involves the KLUG servers, I though tthat you should be aware of 
these. I will keep this list posted of specific action at least a few 
day before they occur, so that we will have specific time periods
for outages. Since there are no meetings scheduled over the holiday
period, we thought this would be a good period to make these changes. 

I will provide at least 24 hours' notice of these changes, so stay
tuned and we'll bring you even better service shortly.
