I don't believe that's a "purchased" level. I'm not sure, given the list
on the page, but I believe the "black" membership simply meant any
regular member, that is, someone who's attended three meetings in the
past twelve months. That doesn't make sense, though, looking at the
list.

This level system was discussed a couple of years ago, but I don't
remember any firm decisions about incentives for higher levels. We'll
have a look into it.
