[KLUG Members] keyboard stopped responding

It's under Regional Settings. Sorry, certain regions of the world use different keyboard variants. That is where the settings are.

Am I missing something? The only thing I see In
system Settings is the Hardware / Keyboard and that
only relates to the action of a couple of keys. I
understand the question but don't see "where" in
Kubuntu.
