I've used no-ip for a while with no problems.

I've used the same simple linux config code that has worked perfect for
so long I don't remember where I got it.  It has that best of
recommendations: it worked so well I never looked inside it.  

They recently began sending emails if I didn't use a domain name for a
month or so.  But simply clicking the link in the email "renews" the
status so it isn't a big bother.

They have lots of offerings I don't use, but for what I do use, single
domain names for changing ip addresses, it works fine.
