I've used dynip.com, a Canadian outfit, for several years now with no 
problems.  They're not free, but the cost is trivial:  $20 a year or 
so.  It might be possible to use generic dynamic DNS software with them, 
although I haven't made it work yet.  They provide a tarball (certified 
to work with something really modern like Redhat 7) that works fine, though.

You could also try yi.org, which is free.
