I imagine you want CDs to update multiple machines?

I added 'Installation Sources' in YAST (on my test box):
(I disabled the original install CDs and enabled the new sources)

ftp://mirrors.kernel.org/opensuse/distribution/ \
	SL-10.0-OSS/inst-source-jave/

ftp://mirrors.kernel.org/opensuse/distribution/ \
	SL-10.0-OSS/inst-source/

ftp://mirrors.kernel.org/suse/i386/10.0/ \
	SUSE-Linux10.0-GM-Extra

http://packman.rsync.zmi.at/suse/1.0.0/
	(for a couple specific extras)

(Wild guess here) Maybe if you Uncheck 'Remove Source Packages after
Update' then copy the source packages to a network shared directory
you could add that directory to the other machines install sources??
For non networked machines copy the source packages to CD(s) then copy
to other machines and add the new directory to install sources. (I
have been called clueless before.)

Will that work for you? I don't know but the one test machine I have
running here is functioning well.
