Isn't this just a routing issue?  Open port 9100 on the firewall.  And
ditch the stupid "HP Install Network Printer Wizard" thing, it is
completely useless and pointless.  Just add a local IP connected
printer, you can do this in the normal XP add printer dialogs  (yes, the
"local" IP connected printer is counter intuitive, it threw me at
first).

Just accept TCP/9100 on the "blue" interface.  Does IPCop provide a web
interface for this?  I haven't seen an IPCop box in years.
