[KLUG Members] Blocking SPAM using Mailman

At KLUG, we simply changed the Mailman configuration to bounce any
messages from non-subscribers (instead of moderating the messages).

Any subscriber who mistakenly sends from the wrong email address, is
bounced and has to resend their message from the correct email.

Works great for us!

For older versions of mailman (like Sourceforge uses), there is a cron
job which can run periodically and silently purge the moderation queue.
