2.1.15 (KLUG) has the option, 2.0.9 (sourceforge) does NOT have the
option. I suspect that it was not in 2.0.11 and probably added in 2.1.x.
I know of some sourceforge lists that "run a cronjob" hourly to silently
purge all held messages so no administrator action is required. You may
want to check into that option, or upgrade Mailman. The 2.1 series has
a lot of nice new features over 2.0, besides the automatic bounce.
