[KLUG Members] Squid ACLS from a pipe/process

I know there are lots of various Squid redirectors out there.  Currently
I keep a list of URLs that are 'approved' and don't require
authentication in a text file: public_list.text

I can use that with an ACL like: acl public_list url_regex
"/etc/squid/public_list.text"

Is there a way to have Squid enumerate URLs for an ACL from a process?
The redirectors all seem very complicated,  all I want is a way to
dynamically update a couple of the URL lists used in ACLs.
