[KLUG Members] Penguicon Web Design Con'test

Penguicon is pleased to announce a new event at this year's convention. We are introducing what we
hope to become an annual feature. The First Annual Con'Test will be held during Penguicon 4.0 in
April 2006. 

The objective of the contest is to design a new theme for the Penguicon website, or wiki. Rules
and the sign-up form for the contest are posted at http://www.penguicon.org/contest and are
subject to change. Updated rules will be posted to the same location. 

Preliminary judging will be held the opening night of Penguicon and Final Judging will be left up
to the convention attendees. Preliminary Judging will only be used to disqualify entries that do
not abide by the rules. All entries will be showcased during Opening Ceremonies and will be on
display for everyone to browse for the duration of the convention. Winners will be announced at
Closing Ceremonies and prizes will awarded at that time.
