[KLUG Members] dual monitor X

I have an IBM Thinkpad and am able to run dual monitor with it.  I
have the dual monitor working.  The issue is that I have my second
monitor to the left of the Thinkpad.  The system thinks it is to the
right.  When I make the adjustment in the configuration to put that
one on the left then it becomes the primary with the toolbar and the
desktop icons.  I would prefer the primary to stay on my laptop with
it being the monitor on the right.  I do not see anything that will
let me make that adjustment though.  I am running SuSE 10.

Any ideas??
