What Rails presentation?

If you are talking about the recording of a KLUG -
http://www.kalamazoolinux.org - presentation then the decision is always
up to the presenter, as the presentation/performance is the intellectual
property of the presenter.
KLUG has no objections to recording presentations in audio or A/V and,
in fact, several presentations have been recorded in the past.
