There are at least two ways to read that Subject. Take it in both ways.

The current KLUG treasurer now has signature control of the KLUG
checking account. Thus it is entirely appropriate for supporting
memberships to come flooding in. 

Actually it would be most appropriate for all of you to flood PayPay to
make your supporting member payments.  Click "Donate" on the top left of
the KLUG web page.

As I look at LUG pages from different organizations around the country,
I am continually reminded how unusual our KLUG is. I haven't seen any
other group that supports a meeting each week. I haven't seen any other
group with as elaborate and well-maintained a website as we have. And my
impression is that we have a breadth and depth of ability in our group
that can't be matched.

(Well, the "moth and rust" bit clearly doesn't apply to modern money,
which mostly consists of electronic records somewhere, but then again,
moth and rust aren't particularly effective against gold either.
Thieves, on the other hand, have been as undaunted by how we secure
modern money as they ever were by any kind of security features. Anyway,
remember that KLUG is a 501c2 charity.  EB)
