The agenda right now consists primarily of introducing a series of goals
and objectives proposed at the last board meeting. Volunteers are
invited to propose additional G&Os for discussion as well. Our hope is
to select 2-4 of them for our primary focus this year. More may be
possible, depending on progress.

We also need to review the status of our treasury and records, and see
what progress has been made in their cleanup and organization. I am
confident that our secretary and treasurer will have some good news for
us this round, although more work may be required yet.

Finally, we hope to begin taking a new inventory of KLUG assets, and
will be looking to lay down plans and recruit volunteers for this task.

These are the tree points I plan to introduce. Volunteers are invited to
propose additional items, which will be taken up as time allows.
