Chet,
sorry for my late response, some other things needed my attention. As
you may have noticed, sending my last emails to this list gave some
difficulties too. What was wrong is not clear.
Unfortunally the server has been rebooted. Problems seem to be solved
now. I watched it now for a day and it looks alright.

The spam filter is spamassassin. I did not implement it. It is being
used on a redhat server running some 150 different domains with
DirectAdmin as a control panel. As far I understand DirectAdmin it does
some nasty things with al lot of config files.

Sending the sendmail.mc might not be possible. Can you make any sense of
the log line? Why does it have such a delay when the target system is
the system it self? Could it be waiting for spamassassin? But why are
other domains gettting there email delivered? I am trying to understand
the meaning of the log but just don't understand.
