I have Scribus 1.3.3.1 loaded and it doesn't like the PUB file type (file
type not supported). If I remember correctly the PUB is pretty proprietary
(bla).

If you would like it converted let me know.  I can give it a shot.

I tried saving it as .txt, but OO.o still just gives me a list of
filters to choose. Suggesting OO.o text file doesn't help. 

Would Scribus open it? (I would have to install it.)
