Looks like the page is not on that site. I get a 404 error when I ask for
it, with an Internet connection very much in place and working (and used
to send this mail message).

I would think that Open Office would be elsewhere, like another online
repository, as well as on the installation CD.

Also, look here forsome instructions on an install/upgrade of OO on a
older release of Ubuntu...
