Actually, it's more common then you think... Yup, Radio Shack a good 
option although a bit pricey. Good stuff though and re-usable too. These 
days they only sell the basic wall wart, then you purchase the correct 
tip for it. Nice thing is, it's easy to re-use it on something else, 
just buy a new tip.
