[KLUG Members] Keyboard shortcut for selecting styles

Kluggers:

Working with OO.o Writer 2.0.2, I find myself switching often between
two styles in my documents and would like a keyboard shortcut rather
than having to grab the mouse, click the dropdown menu, scroll to the
desired style and click it.

F11 opens the Styles and Formatting dialog box, but doesn't put the
cursor into the dialog box, so one still needs to grab the mouse and do
some clicking.

Does anyone know if there is an existing shortcut? 

If not, do I have to create a macro or is there an easier way to create
a keyboard shortcut? (Macros seem to take a while to execute sometimes.)
