We don't know , after reading the article, if any code was written by NSA
for inclusion in the Mircsoft OS. My impression is that NSA involvement
was limited to testing, evaluation, and perhaps consultation. There's no
telling from the article if there was code review, much less joint coding 
changes or additions (aka "goodies").
