Is anyone else on the list using CRM?  We are
evaluating SugarCRM.  It is pretty good but we can see
some flaws.  So we are seeing what else is available. 
Possible candidates are OpenCRX and Info at Hand; any
others that people have experienced?

SugarCRM's primary advantage is that it seems to have
a large and stable development community.  Our chief
worry is the underlying engineering.  I see flaws in
it's data scalability.  For example, a contact record
is limited to 3 telephone numbers with preset captions
because they put each one in as a seperate field in
the contact table.  Also, Sugar is limited to using
MySQL, which we don't mind but options would be nice.

OpenCRX seems to have much better data engineering. 
Almost all items that are one-to-many are implemented
as seperate tables.  It also can connect to almost any
SQL database and few non-SQL databases.
