[KLUG Members] printing with windows and samba

I have a problem and have not found a solution.  Every once in a while,
print jobs from windows machines fail.  The windows error message is
"Access Denied" and this shows up in the the smb.log:

Permission denied-- user not allowed to delete, pause, or resume print job.

It does not happen every time - some days it does not happen at all.

Has anyone seen this before and have a solution?  A place to look?
