[KLUG Members] Update about Bill's wine question

Greetings KLUG list-

I have made an attempt to get Bill's Windows program working with Wine on Ubuntu 7.10.

As it turns out, the program is Windows + Java, comes with a built-in JRE directory. Absolutely no registry updates. Thus was confident about achieving quick success.

However... ;-)

mdlueck at aleks:~/.wine/drive_c/Program Files/Pyware iPAS$ wine iPAS.exe
wine: could not load L"C:\\Program Files\\Pyware iPAS\\iPAS.exe": Module not found

Why in the world is that extra L showing up before the filename? Might that be the trouble?
