[KLUG Members] resizing pictures in Scribus

Sorry that I didn't reply earlier.

Resizing your picture outside of Scribus is unnecessary. Just make an Image Frame>Richt-click,Get
Image>and bring in your photo. Right-click on your Image Frame>Properties>Image Tab>Scale to Frame
Size. Click the keep proportional box.
