I'm not Catholic,  but what is "sacerdotal"?  I studied Latin so I know that
"sacerdos" is priest, and the root "sacer-" in derivative languages usually
implies 'sacred' (as in the word "sacred" itesef :O).  But in the above context
I'm unsure of the exact intended meaning.

Sorry,  I have a philological bent about such things.
