according to the mail header, Mike you are running Mozilla 5.0 on Windows XP.
If this is accurate, you may have to change your mail settings in Mozilla
Under Edit-preferences..you should see a Mail and Newsgroups folder.
go to send format and change it to 'convert the message to plain text'.
See if this resolves it.
