This is an English translation of the "Migration Guide"
published by the German Ministery of the Interior.  This is one AWESOME
document,  I learned a couple things just flipping through it; and it
covers TCO, has some top-notch diagrams, etc...

This is both technical proficiency and Open Source advocacy at its best.
