I don't think it's as much about having to look at the code as it is a
consistent end result. Second to that it is simply a workflow issue for
me. I can get a result that looks good in any browser without the
distractions programs like Frontpage and Dreamweaver offer.

But to answer the question: I don't know that I would be much happier.
Of the two major tools in this category, Dreamweaver is more usable IMO.
But again, the end result isn't consistent in every browser. What I see
at design time is not always what I get when browsing. A simple thing
like changing the browser text size can screw up a Dreamweaver or FP
designed page faster than <insert phrase here>. So even without looking
at the code, I would probably not be happy.
