I agree ... it really cleared the air recently when I got myself 
into a thick wicket of problems. Being able to exempt ram as the 
source of the problems seriously narrowed the list of 
alternatives.

This is "must have" software. I don't expect to ever again be 
without a copy to whip out at the first sign of ram malfunction.
