Yes!  Excellent program!!!

You can also move memtest86 to a floppy, and boot direct from it
(no OS required), and it will start checking your PC's memory.

It's best to let the PC run memtest86 over night to really give 
your memory a workout, as I've seen errors not show up until a
few hours into the diagnostics.
