Bryan ... that's interesting. I am using MDK 8.0 with lilo and 
reiserfs. Oddly enough, although I chose to install grub as my 
bootloader, lilo was chosen for me by the install program. What 
issues, as far as you are aware of, do lilo and reiserfs have 
with each other? What sort of grief have I let myself in for?
