I don't know anything about "Publishers Versions" of Redhat, but I should
point out that you can purchase Redhat through KLUG for a very low cost, 
which has all of the current updates applied in the install CDs (aka BSware).

The only thing you'd be missing with out with the "BSware" version of Redhat 
is some non-english language files.  For more info:
