I also did a preliminary trademark search at uspto.gov.  The phrase "You
Know Who" is owned by a clothing line/store, but there are plenty of
off-shoots of the name owned by others.

I don't see a conflict.  Best yet, whoever registers it should do it as
"You-Know-Who Linux" and pay the small fee (Mark said it was ~$1K?) for
the legal right to use Linux(R).
