When I do a ps -ef | grep dhcp I show dhcpcd running
with a -n -H option on the box that is working ...
when I run the ps command on the box that it is not
working on I do not show dhcpcd running.  I can see it
trying to get the dhcp address at boot.

where is the configuration file for this?
