I have recently started using the Gnome diagram editor Dia quite a bit. As I looked around I found utilities that claim to turn a Dia UML ERD diagram into SQL to build the database, as well as turning Dia UML class diagrams into source code skeletons. Has anyone who actually understands UML used Dia? Does anyone feel that UML is something worth learning? (How about a presentation!)
