[KLUG Members] Rotate the page

Does anyone know how to, or of a utility to, rotate a postscript page.
I use star office 5.2 to print presentations to a file (postscript), and
then pstopdf to turn them into very nice PDF files,  but they are
oriented portrait and one needs to use xpdf's rotate function to look at
it without developing a neck kink.  No matter how I print them from SO
they come out the same,  but I assuem a PDF can be 11x8.5 instead of
8.5,x11.  Just can't figure out how to make it happen.
