[KLUG Members] Slackware, cs4232 sound card.

ESD is the enlightenment sound daemon. Most GNOME based programs will
output sound to /dev/dsp.

You shouldn't need to append anything to your lilo.conf. If you've compiled
the correct drivers in to your kernel you should see a message scroll by
about sucesfull driver loading on boot.

Don't worry about isapnp just yet. That's the fall back if the device
driver is unable to probe for the settings itself.

Try running esd from the command prompt and see what you get.
