We (the Program Director and misc. volunteers) have tried several times to get
the Oracle User's group to help us find a speaker on this very topic, but to no
avail.  It is especially difficult as they don't seem to meet very often.  If
anyone out there in KLUG land has any leads on someone be sure to let the
program director know.
