[KLUG Members] charter pipeline

Hey all.  I just signed up for charter pipeline service in Holland, MI.  Is
anybody else using this in that area?

I was just told by a "technical" person (who couldn't even give me the IP
addresses of their DNS servers) that I would have to set up a proxy server for
all my web stuff.

Is that true?

I have finally given up on finding a DSL provider in the area, so I guess I'm
stuck... for now...
