>From my experience, AT&T guys are knuckleheads, too.  Tech support didn't
help much (evidently their --> 2 week training program <-- wasn't quite
thorough enough) and the guys who installed our cable-modem (there were about 4,
they made  a huge mess) went to whitehouse.com to check our connection. Oh, and
that was after they ran a drill through the side of my house.  Didn't even
ask, just drilled.
